KING SALMAN CENTER

Description

KING SALMAN CENTER FOR RELIEF &HUMANITARIAN AID HEADQUARTERS RIYADH - KSA

A 5 story building, with a total built up area of 20800 sqm.

The ubiquitous white finishes surfaces and natural limestone, intersected with minimal hints of color palette introduced in the furnishings / furniture and the carpeted flooring to resonate the surrounding was intentional. The planning thru out the offices should be transparent flexible and responding to a continuous emerging needs for change. A deliberate concept Id design to echo the Architectural Language for the project.

With a no obstructed view to the landscaped interior atrium as a “Visual Link”, a sculpted central reception and information counter, along with triangular patches of landscaped areas with array of vinyl seating for casual breaks.

The Offices: highly flexible and reconfigurable office space, to accommodate work groups expanding and contracting over time. Garden roof- top with a subtle studied mix of Interior architectonics, landscaping, forms and surfaces to provide a tranquil experience not only for eating, but for meeting and interaction, away from the working routine.

The ID Concept for the Conference center located on the first floor, and the Library at the second floor is conforming to the general ID concept for the project as a whole.
